Responsibilities: - Assist the Head of the Department in formulating various sales and marketing strategies, such as customer retention strategies, maintaining a customer database, and acquiring new customers. - Seek prospective customers and solicit business for the bank in terms of loans and deposits to ensure the achievement of targets set by management. - Cross-sell the bank's full range of products and services to prospective customers, regularly visiting and following up. - Propose new campaigns and promotions. - Perform other tasks assigned by the Head of the Department. Requirements: - A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is typically required. - Proven work experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on managerial or leadership roles. - In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing principles, strategies, and tactics.
