Job Responsibilities: - Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the club's overall business objectives. - Manage and oversee all aspects of the marketing budget. - Conduct market research to understand fan demographics, preferences, and emerging trends. - Develop and execute creative marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital marketing, social media, content marketing, traditional media, and matchday activations. - Manage and build relationships with key media contacts to secure positive press coverage. - Develop and implement strategies to increase ticket sales, and sponsorship revenue. - Oversee the production of marketing materials, including website content, social media posts, and print materials. - Manage and lead a team of marketing professionals (depending on the size of the club). - Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and innovations in sports marketing. Job Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sports Management, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sports marketing or a related field. - Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. - Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - The ability to work independently and as part of a team. - A passion for football and a strong understanding of the football industry.
