Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic Planning and Execution: o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness, drive growth, and achieve business objectives. o Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing and business development strategies based on analysis and feedback. o Stay current on market trends, competitors, and industry developments. 2. Campaign Management: o Plan, budget, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, print, social media, events, and partnerships. o Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. o Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and generate reports to measure ROI. 3. Team Leadership: o Manage, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of marketing professionals. o Assign tasks, set goals, and review performance of team members. o Foster a collaborative and innovative environment. 4. Collaboration and Coordination: o Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing strategies and activities align with sales goals. o Coordinate with product development, finance, and other departments to ensure consistency in messaging and branding. o Negotiate contracts with vendors and consultants to support marketing projects. 5. Customer Insights and Analysis: o Conduct market research to identify target audiences and understand their needs and preferences. o Use data analytics tools to track customer behavior and marketing campaign performance. o Develop buyer personas and customer segmentation strategies. 6. Content and Brand Management: o Oversee the creation of high-quality marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, social media content, email newsletters, and more. o Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and materials. o Manage the company's online presence and improve SEO strategies. 7. Budget Management: o Prepare and manage the marketing budget. o Allocate budget resources to optimize the impact of marketing activities. o Monitor expenses and reconcile discrepancies. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). • Proven experience (5+ years) in a marketing role, preferably in a managerial capacity. • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, SEO, PPC, and analytics tools. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to think creatively and innovatively. • Demonstrated experience in managing marketing budgets and campaigns. • Proficiency in marketing software and tools (e.g., CRM software, Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms). • Strong analytical and project management skills. Preferred Skills: • Experience in content marketing and brand management. • Proficiency in graphic design software and tools. • Knowledge of the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
