Marketing Specialist – Luxury Resort on Koh Rong
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our new, elegant resort on the island of Koh Rong. Our team consists of experienced management from around the world and dozens of on-site employees. Location:
Koh Rong (we provide accommodation and meals in a high-standard staff house)
Skills we expect:
- Good command of English (knowledge of Chinese will be a significant advantage) - Proficiency in computer and social media usage, as well as Google Translate - Experience in managing OTA and familiarity with Channel Manager - Experience in marketing and social media - Ability to create promotional materials (photos, videos, graphics) - Basic knowledge of paid advertising campaigns on social media - Strong communication skills, creativity, and independence
Responsibilities:
- Regular communication with the Marketing Manager and CEO, executing assigned tasks - Managing and maintaining social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) - Creating and publishing photo and video content showcasing resort life - Preparing marketing and advertising campaigns - Handling basic paid promotions on social media - Contacting media, newspapers, and government offices to promote the resort - Participating in industry trade fairs
