Job Descriptions: - Perform offline marketing campaigns/activities to promote and brand our leasing products. - Create events/campaign/activities to build brand and increase prospects. - Build partnership to increase leasing, marketing activities, and benefits for tenants. - Lead in set up booth to build more branding and marketing. - Lead offline design such as poster, flyer, brochure, banner, and more - Attend public/networking events to build network and increase prospects. - Implement effective marketing strategies to reach leasing target. - Initiate new ideas for a better and more creative online marketing. - Attend any related event to upgrade knowledge and skills. - Other tasks assigned by Marketing Manager. Job Specifications: - Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or other related fields. - Minimum 03 years of experience in marketing of property management or marketing agency. - Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation skills. - Good proficiency in English language, and Chinese language is plus. - Able to use Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power-Point, E-mail & Internet). - High committed and passionate on jobs. - Able to work under pressure, and Overtime.
