• Creates digital marketing campaigns for online channels like websites, apps and social media developing market research surveys and working with focus groups.
• Evaluates and optimizes marketing and pricing strategies.
• Analyses market trends and prepare forecasts.
• Generates new business leads.
• Increases brand awareness and market share.
• Coordinates marketing strategies with the sales, financial, and dental team.
• Develops and manages the sales and marketing’s budget.
• Oversees branding, advertising, and promotional campaigns.
• Manages the sales and marketing’s staff.
• Prepares and presents monthly, quarterly and annual reports to MD.
• Promotes our brand at trade shows and major industry-related events.
• Keeps informed of marketing strategies and trends.
• Performs tasks as assigned by MD.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in, Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
• At least 5 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a related field.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Good interpersonal skill and problems solving skill.
• Good command of English.
• Computer Microsoft office and internet/E-mail.
• Strong communications and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Be honest, flexible, responsible, smart and hardworking.
