Marketing Supervisor

Key Responsibility: - Prepare effective sales & marketing strategy that adhere to budgets - Train marketing teams to the excellence - Develop strong Public Relation & Networking with B2B, other school and community, etc. - Create consistent powerful branding awareness and objectives - Expand product lines and services with better solutions - Responsible for business analysis, expansion and development - Organize school events and other marketing related activities to generate sales - Organize & facilitate meetings, conferences, and other special events (notation, agenda, room set up including desks, chairs, slide, projector, water, snacks, and clean up after meeting) - Design print ads and publication, Oversee creation and delivery of press releases, advertisements, and other marketing materials. - Create a strong social media to boost consumer’s engagement & sales via Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, etc. - Propose effective promotion strategies & tools to boost up the enrollment & sales - Gather and analyze customer feedback internal & external - Ponduct SWOT Analysis as needed to ensure the growth of the market share and stay competitive in the business arena Qualifications:
- Holding a Bachelor Degree of Business or related field (Master is a plus). - Minimum 3 years’ experience in Marketing. - Experience in international school is a plus. - Excellent communication in Khmer and English. - Excellent in communication, leadership, and management skills. - Ability to use Microsoft office and up to date technology.
