POSITION: MEP Design Engineer (Re-advertisement) 1. Scope of working: MEP Design Engineer: This position is responsible for planning and designing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems, including developing policies, standards, inspection procedures, and evaluation tools for MEP matters involving judicial branch facilities. 2. Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible for all MEP design; • Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, calculation notes, and cost estimates for those projects; • Organize own work, set priorities, and meet critical deadlines; • Planned, organized, reviewed, and evaluated the works; • Responsibility also includes site survey, preparation of as-built drawings, quantity takes-off, etc., • Design review and execution for all MEP works; • Coordination with site, contractor, and others; • Other tasks assigned by the manager. 3. Qualification & Requirement • Hold a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or another equivalent degree; • At least 4 years of working experience in a similar position; • Be able to use computer application Auto cad, MEP’s application or tools, Microsoft Office, and Microsoft projects; • Have strong design, installation, and maintenance skills and the ability to control the quality and cost; • Good oral and written in Khmer and English; • Have good negotiation skills, interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills; • Be friendly, flexible, honest, hard-working, and able to work under pressure. 4. Working Days and Hours • Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 pm & 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm • Lunchtime: 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm 5. Working Place • MEP Design Engineer: is based in the Head Office and travels to the site as required. 6.
