Office Admin

Location : Bavet, Poipet, KCM and SHV Responsibilities: • Collect stock from customers, ensuring accurate recording and handling. • Control stock movement, maintaining accurate inventory records and minimizing discrepancies. • Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory data. • Liaise with the operations team to ensure sufficient stock levels are maintained to meet operational needs. • Coordinate with the HQ team regarding stock deliveries, tracking shipments, and resolving any delivery issues. • Oversee office cleanliness and maintenance, ensuring a safe and functional work environment. • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications, handling inquiries and directing them appropriately. • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned, such as data entry, filing, and preparing reports.
Requirements: • Proven experience in stock control and inventory management. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office. • Ability to lift and handle stock as needed.
