1. Conforming to related procurement SOPs, carry out the search and selection of the most qualified vendors for the requested items to ensure that there are sufficient supply sources for quality, price and other terms comparison. 2. Through the understanding of market situation, negotiate prices with vendors so that price, quality, delivery timing and other favored terms for OMR can be optimized. 3. Follow up with vendors on delivery updates to ensure the purchase items will meet the delivery deadlines. 4. Keep the Requesting Functions informed about the important progress of the delivery process. 5. Work closely with Requesting Functions, vendors, and Account Department to collect and process related documents in a timely manner. 6. When needed, pick up goods, acknowledge/witness the receiving of good delivered from suppliers 7. Perform other tasks as appropriately assigned by the supervisor
