*Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the development and coordination of tour itineraries. - Communicate with service providers, such as hotels, transportation companies, and tour guides, to arrange necessary services for tours. - Ensure all travel arrangements are made accurately and in a timely manner. - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, providing accurate information about tour packages and services. - Handle bookings, confirmations, cancellations, and modifications for tour packages. - Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client information. - Assist in managing office supplies and ensuring the office environment is organized and efficient. - Address and resolve any issues or emergencies that arise during tours, coordinating with service providers and clients as necessary. - Other task assigned by manager. *Qualifications: - Studying or fresh graduate bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field. - Previous internship or part-time experience in the travel and tourism industry. Strong interest in the travel and tourism industry. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Positive attitude and willingness to learn. - Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. *Benefits: - Competitive salary - Working day from Monday to Friday - NSSF - Health insurance by Forte. - Work schedule: 8:30am-12:00pm and 2:00pm-5:30pm. - Monthly staff activity - Yearly increment - Yearly bonus - Outing trip - Seniority indemnity - Staff party - Other benefit.
