The duties of an aftersales manager may include: Building strong relationships with external customers and securing long term business. Dealing with dissatisfied customers and managing complaints. Must have knowledge about automotive industry Responsibilities 1) After-sales customer service and communications. 2) Maintenance, repair and spare parts management. 3) Handling of complaints and warranty cases. 4) Complaint management. 5) Upselling activities. 6) Administration of master data and product evaluations. 7) Trend analysis. Benefits - Day off 1.5days a week - Holiday as Labor Law -NSSF
