PARTS CONTROLLER

About the Role: Are you an adventurous individual with a passion for precision and organization? Sea-Doo & Can-Am Cambodia is seeking a dynamic Parts Controller to manage and maintain the inventory of parts for Sea-Doo and Can-Am vehicles. You’ll be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that the right parts are always available to support our aftersales and repair teams. This role offers an exciting opportunity to combine your sense of adventure with a dedication to detail in the fast-paced world of recreational vehicles.
Key Responsibilities:
-Monitor, manage, and maintain stock levels of Sea-Doo and Can-Am parts. -Ensure timely ordering and restocking of parts to avoid shortages. -Receive and inspect parts deliveries, ensuring they meet quality standards. -Record and track inventory data, maintaining accurate records in the inventory management system. -Collaborate with the Aftersales team and Service Technicians to ensure parts are available for repairs and maintenance. -Generate reports on inventory levels, parts usage, and forecast future needs. -Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for parts procurement. -Handle parts inquiries from internal teams and sub-dealerships. -Conduct regular stock counts and audits to ensure accuracy in the inventory system. -Ensure parts are properly labeled, organized, and stored securely in the warehouse. -Follow all safety protocols in the handling and storage of parts. -Assist in resolving any issues related to parts discrepancies, shortages, or delays.
Qualifications: -Proven experience as a Parts Controller, or a similar role, preferably in the automotive or recreational vehicle industry. -Adventurous spirit with a passion for recreational vehicles and the Sea-Doo and Can-Am lifestyle. -Knowledge of Sea-Doo and Can-Am products or similar vehicle parts is highly desirable. -Familiarity with inventory management software and processes. -Strong organizational and time management skills. -Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records. -Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team. -Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. -High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree or certification in supply chain management or logistics is a plus. -Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure. -Must be physically capable of lifting and moving heavy parts when needed. -Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and inventory systems.
