JD: - Prepare monthly payroll calculation and monthly taxation for line manager review. - Ensure accounting records adhere to the bank policy and other legal requirements. - Prepare daily and monthly Bank monitoring reports. - Keep up of new local government systems, document and process required, and preserve any documents that pertain to the Bank's property - Participate in the workshop and training that the local authorities have invited to, then share the knowledge with the management and team members. - Perform other related tasks as assigned.· - Comply at all times with ABA’s internal policies and procedures, core values, code of conducts, operational controls and any regulations, etc. - Immediately report to line manager for any suspicious behaviours. - Ensure proper keeping of all transactional records and take corrective action to follow up any incomplete documents. - Escalate any issues which need more attention from line manager. - Promptly prepare any report as needed. JR: - Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting, Business Administration, Management and/or other related fields. - Strong knowledge of technical accounting, Cambodia Accounting Standard, NBC Regulation, and/or Tax Regulation - Excellent time management, communication, and supervisory skills. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving and presentation skills. - Ability to communicate and maintain strong relationship with multiple stakeholders. - Ability to use and communicate both Khmer and English. - Ability to analyse information and processes. - Ability to handle sensitive information, urgency, attention to detail and corporately nimble. -Proficient Microsoft Office, Accounting & Finance Application and Bank’s software.
