Job Description: Full-Time Chef
Position: Chef (Male/Female) Location: Borey Penghuoth Beoung Snor Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities: - Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Khmer, Western, and optionally Japanese cuisine. - Plan and prepare lunch and dinner, with occasional snacks or appetizers as needed. - Ensure all meals are cooked to a high standard of taste, presentation, and hygiene. - Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, following food safety and sanitation guidelines. - Manage kitchen supplies, ingredients, and food inventory efficiently. - Adapt menus based on dietary preferences or special requests.
Requirements: - Must be in good health and free from any illness. - Strong culinary skills, especially in Khmer and Western cuisine (Japanese cuisine is a plus). - Ability to work full-time with a flexible schedule. - Good hygiene practices and knowledge of food safety standards. - Previous experience as a chef or cook preferred. - Passion for cooking and creativity in meal preparation.
