Position: Product Development and Strategy:
Job Description
-Develop and execute product strategies and roadmaps for financial products.
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
-Define product requirements and work with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and launch new products.
-Manage the product lifecycle from concept through launch and post-launch evaluation.
-Analyze financial performance metrics, customer feedback, and market trends to inform product decisions.
-Develop financial models and forecasts to support product strategies and business cases.
-Monitor product profitability and manage pricing strategies
-Collaborate with marketing, sales, compliance, and operations teams to ensure -successful product launches and ongoing support.
-Provide product training and support to internal teams.
-Coordinate with legal and compliance departments to ensure products meet regulatory requirements.
-Gather and prioritize customer feedback to drive product improvements and innovation.
-Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
-Experience: 3+ years of experience in financial product management, financial -services, or a related field.
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
-Good Chinese - English speaking- commutation
-Excellent project management and organizational skills.
-Proficient in financial modeling and performance analysis.
-Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
-Strong communication and presentation skills.
