Purchasing Supervisor x2 (Koh Rong Saloem & Koh Sdach)

JOB SUMMARY: We are looking for a dynamic Purchasing Supervisor to responsible for the overall purchase of general/stationaries supply, Printing collaterals, OEE, FFE, F&B, Kitchen equipment, utensils, F&B linens, F&B 1 tableware (including glassware, chinaware, holloware, cutleries.), IT hardware/software, CCTV, Machinery, Engineering tools, maintenance part, spare part, Plants/flower and other gardening supply..etc.
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Obtain quotation, price comparison/analysis, negotiate terms, condition, contract and review supplier performance • Issue purchase order with duly approval from management and top management before sending confirmation to suppliers 3 Confirm purchase order and follow up delivery as per receiving operation hours. • Generate all purchasing and receiving reports and submit to CPU 823 • Liaise closely with all department heads, suppliers and vendors. • Coordinate with the CPU for guidance on vendor selection, contract management, or bulk procurement opportunities.
JOB REQUIREMENT: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations.
