About the Role:
We’re looking for a detail-oriented QA Reader to monitor and improve our customer support quality. You’ll audit chats, identify errors, and help optimize processes to ensure top-tier service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Quality Control:
- Monitor operators’ chats for compliance with company standards.
- Analyze transcripts, prepare detailed reports (in English).
✔ Process Improvement:
- Spot weaknesses in support workflows and suggest fixes
- Help update guidelines/training manuals with other teams.
✔ Team Support:
- Conduct monthly tests for operators.
- Train new hires (if needed).
- Stay updated on company products/policies.
Requirements:
- English B1-B2 (all communication/reports in English).
- Native or bilingual in Khmer.
- Tech Skills: Google Sheets/Docs, Excel, Forms.
- Soft Skills: Analytical mindset, teamwork, proactive attitude.
Location: Remote Cambodia
Schedule: Full-time (40h/week), 5/2 rotation, 8h shifts (flexible, agreed in advance)
Salary: Trial period: $40/shift, after probation: $50/shift.
