Job Responsibilities • Greet visitors in a warm and welcoming manner, registering them and issuing visitor badges when necessary. • Direct visitors to the appropriate person or department. • Answer and screen incoming phone calls professionally, routing them to the correct staff member. • Prepare meeting rooms and booking for anyone need. • Arrange offerings according to each traditional day • Work with builder to support general need in the building • Post a welcome card for new staff joining and staff birthdays. • Prepare and manage on office stationery Job Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in business communication or a related field. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office and new technology
