•Manage incoming calls and distribute to correct person (tenant or management) •Satisfy and where possible resolve all requirements, messages, requests, enquiries, complaints, deliveries, etc. of tenants and visitors, in an efficient and courteous manner. •Inform relevant departments and management office about tenant’s requests, enquiries, complaints etc and follow up to ensure that these are resolved •Ensure that all furniture, decorative finishes and/or equipment located within or immediately outside, the reception area is kept in a tidy and working condition and where necessary, coordinate with the management office and other departments to ensure repairs, cleaning etc. are carried out in a timely manner. •Assist Head of Sales in updating tenant list, including temporary guests such as visiting family members etc. •Responsible for writing report of meeting •Responses for all phone call •Obey internal policies and regulations •Keep the front office clean and suitable •Control & count stock (office supplies) equipment and stationeries •Serve ceo a coffee morning&afternoon •Support HR team •Any tasks from PA CEO for CEO •To report to finance teams about who comes collect payment and drop invoice. • Assist HOO documents to sign and give back to department. •Any further tasks necessary Assign by HOO
