JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
- Investment Partner Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investment partners.
- Investment Acquisition Strategy: Identify and evaluate new investment opportunities that align with the company’s growth objectives.
- Due Diligence and Compliance: Lead the due diligence process for new investment opportunities, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Team Collaboration & Reporting: Collaborate with the finance, operations, and legal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership agreements.
- Event Coordination & Networking: Plan and participate in investor meetings, networking events, and industry conferences.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field;
- 3+ years of experience in investment management, partnerships, investor relations, relationship manager, financial consultant
- Knowledge of financial markets or investment products.
- Good communication skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to conduct market research and due diligence.
- Experience in managing complex negotiations and partnership agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
