1. Dailly verify subordinate team of data entry Submittion number, Client name, Test name, Received date, sample received with check list received from DCD and Due date in AN team internal excel on time. 2. Follow and release report before or on time TAT and 3 days TET. 3. Complete breakdown sample and assign test base on client protocol. 4. Request external extra will notify to superiors and request to concern team like CS, BD Team within a day. 5. Complete TAT on Test Assignment for pH, Formaldehyde organic, inorganic and ZDHC testing team for each received sample/Submittion number and print due date list for each testing team. 6. Complete preparation subcontract sample to other lab on time. 7. Compliance with 6S and HSSE in work place 8. Record profile, coding and preservation of samples in accordance with regulations in order to avoid confusion between the samples 9. Notify to team and supervisor for sample detected problems, abnormalities in the sample received for organic, inorganic and ZDHC testing team 10. Perform related work as required: a) Review result report b) Comminunicate to other team for additional information c) Type, BVNG, LDCS system completed report d) Scan complete report e) Find sample that testing team completed release result f) Release report with sample to down by DCD 11. Record analytical record and related Audit records 12. Other job assign by lab Manager
