Responsibilities and Duties · Make reservations for customers based on their various needs and requirements. · Check the availability of helicopters on the customers’ desired travel dates. · Book flight schedules for customers and other customer services-related matters. · Answer inquiries regarding helicopter services and registration by email and by telephone. · Sort out any issues that may arise with bookings or reservations. · Perform other promotion activities and some other work duties as assigned by the company. · Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned to by the direct supervisor. Qualifications and Skills · Experience working in sales or public relations, experience in the tourism and hospitality industry is a plus · Customer service experience. · Good written and verbal communication skills. · Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks. · Proficient in using Google Calendar. · Flexible working hours.
