JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Develop and implement long-term business strategies aligned with the resort’s vision and market positioning.
• Analyze market trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Represent the resort in industry events, community engagements, and with key stakeholders.
• Supervise all resort departments: Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa, Recreation, Engineering, and Security.
• Ensure smooth daily operations with a focus on efficiency, quality, and guest satisfaction.
• Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and aesthetics.
• Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor revenue streams, control expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, audits, and reporting standards.
• Champion a guest-first culture across all departments.
• Monitor guest feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct interactions.
• Resolve escalated guest issues promptly and professionally.
• Recruit, train, and mentor department heads and key staff.
• Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Conduct performance evaluations and succession planning.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to drive occupancy and brand visibility.
• Oversee pricing strategies, promotions, and distribution channels.
• Build relationships with travel agents, tour operators, and corporate clients
• Ensure adherence to local laws, labor regulations, health and safety standards, and licensing requirements.
• Implement risk management protocols and emergency procedures.
• Maintain insurance coverage and legal documentation.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7+ years of progressive leadership experience in resort or hotel management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage budgets and drive financial results.
• Experience with property management systems and hospitality software.
