We are seeking friendly, attentive, and professional service staff to join our team. As part of the front-of-house team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming dining experience, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit.
Key Responsibilities: • Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables. • Present menus, answer questions about dishes, and make recommendations when requested. • Take accurate food and beverage orders and communicate them to the kitchen/bar staff. • Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring correct orders and presentation standards. • Check in with guests during their meals to ensure satisfaction. • Clear and reset tables in a timely and organized manner. • Handle billing and payment processes accurately. • Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the dining area. • Follow all health and safety regulations and company policies. • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned.
Requirements: • Previous experience in restaurant service or hospitality preferred (but not required for entry-level). • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Polite, well-groomed, and customer-focused attitude. • Ability to work well under pressure and as part of a team. • Flexible schedule and willingness to work weekends and holidays. • Basic English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
