Digital Advertising Sales The primary responsibility of the Client Success Executive is to generate sales revenue for the company by promoting and selling media products and services. Key Responsibilities: 1. Understand the media products and services offered. 2. Approach potential clients through various means such as new leads, cold calls, existing relationships, and promotional events. 3. Explain the benefits and potential audiences of specific media offerings to potential clients. 4. Identify clients' current and future advertising and marketing needs, and provide customized solutions to generate sales and increase revenue. 5. Conduct research to understand the brand communication of specific brands. 6. Develop sales proposals. 7. Maintain good relationships with all clients and explore additional business opportunities. 8. Facilitate successful sales by collecting client information and providing order information to relevant departments. 9. Track every deal made to ensure accurate and timely completion. 10. Attend tradeshows, industry events, or training sessions. 11. Perform other tasks as assigned by the line manager. Key Requirements: 1. Passionate about sales/digital marketing and delivering excellent customer experiences. 2. Fresh graduates/less experienced candidates are encouraged to apply. 3. Self-motivated, creative, proactive, and results-oriented professional with the ability to work independently. 4. Knowledge of the local and international digital media market, with the ability to respond effectively to market trends, client needs, and competition. 5. The ability to maintain a professional approach in multitasking and project support situations. 6. Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, that can be tailored to different audiences. 7. Proficient in written and verbal communication in Khmer and English.
