-Doing every end of the month (we count all the unit sold with SPA signed) and submit to Project Department -Keep all payment record in the month and submit to boss’s PA -Preparing SPA for customer sign -After customer sign check and submit to boss sign -Submit to account after done all -Keep record all unit signed -Prepare commission for agency, broker and buyer refer buyer -Summit commission to account department -Processing Payment for Lawyer, after customer signed SPA -Make booking receipt -Make 2nd payment receipt -Make 3rd payment receipt -Other fee receipt -Prepare transfer document for buyer (before sign SPA) -Prepare assignment document for buyer (after sign SPA) -Preparing and acknowledgement and Commission approval for agencies and broker -Request for change payment, request for cancellation….. -Keep all record of payment collected and outstanding -Prepare and deliver notice and reminder letter to customer to inform their payment. -Prepare daily summary report -Non Official Duties / Other Scope, -Providing support and coordination to various sections during events and ad hoc duties.
