Position: Sale Manager Location: Peng Huoth, Phnom Penh Language: Khmer, English Salary : 1000-1500 USD Industry : Telecommunication Job Summary: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, developing sales strategies, achieving sales targets, and driving business growth. The role involves overseeing the sales process, managing key customer relationships, and ensuring that the sales team achieves their goals in alignment with the company’s overall objectives.
Qualifications: Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Experience in Telecommunication industry.( Prefer working background in Telecom operator/ISP) Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and business partners. Monitor and analyze sales performance data, preparing regular reports for senior management. Conduct regular training sessions and performance reviews to enhance team capabilities and sales performance. Collaborate with marketing, product, and other departments to ensure alignment of sales and business goals. Identify new market opportunities and oversee the development of proposals and sales pitches. Handle complex negotiations and close high-value deals. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive advantage. Manage the sales budget and allocate resources effectively to meet business goals.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Monthly/Quarterly/Annual sales targets achieved. Client acquisition and retention rates. Sales pipeline development and conversion rates. Sales team performance metrics (e.g., revenue, calls, meetings). Customer satisfaction and feedback.
