Sale Manager Working Time: 8am-5pm, Mon-Sat Responsibilities: -Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to achieve department sales targets. -Develop and implement strategies to increase sales of fresh and grocery products. -Manage inventory levels for fresh and grocery items, ensuring optimal stock levels and minimizing spoilage. -Oversee the ordering and receiving of fresh and grocery products, maintaining strong relationships with suppliers. -Implement effective merchandising strategies to create a visually appealing and customer-friendly shopping experience. -Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. -Ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures related to food safety and hygiene. -Conduct regular performance reviews with team members and provide ongoing coaching and development. -Contribute to a positive and productive work environment for all team members. -Liaise with other departments to ensure smooth operations across the store. Qualifications: -Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a retail management role, preferably within the fresh and grocery sectors. -Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving profitability goals. -Strong understanding of fresh food handling and proper inventory management techniques. -Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. -Ability to motivate and develop a team to achieve their full potential. -Experience in merchandising and creating an attractive sales floor. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software a plus. -Experience working in a Cambodian retail environment (highly preferred). -Khmer language fluency is essential.
