Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize condominium unit sales. - Lead and manage the sales team, providing coaching and motivation. - Set and monitor sales targets to ensure team performance. - Build strong relationships with clients, real estate agencies, and partners. - Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust sales strategies. - Coordinate with the marketing team to develop sales campaigns. - Oversee contract negotiations and deal closures. - Prepare regular reports on sales performance and forecasts. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field. - Minimum 3 years of experience in real estate sales, with 2+ years in a managerial role. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. - Strong knowledge of the Cambodian real estate market. - Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office. - Fluent in Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus).
