Provide solution or other information of customer's question on product and promotion. 4. Cross check all customer that inbox from night time and new customer one by one, response all customer comment on social media and response to customer. 5. Analyze event sale after finished and update to supervisor for final spot check. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor Degree in related file 2. Proven experience in retail is plus. 3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
