Job Description (JD): The Sales Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the sales team, ensuring they meet sales targets, and developing sales strategies to enhance the company’s overall revenue. This position will play a key role in maintaining client relationships and guiding the sales executives in their performance. Job Requirements (JR): 1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Experience: At least 2-4 years of experience in sales or a related supervisory role, ideally in a startup or fast-growing company. 3. Strong leadership and team management skills. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. 5. Ability to analyze sales data and develop sales strategies. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales CRM systems. 7. Knowledge of the local market and customer behavior is a plus. 8. Goal-oriented and self-motivated. 9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. 10. Problem-solving mindset.
