This position is open to recent graduates and candidates with 2-3 years of experience.
Responsibilities:
Marketing:
-Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.
-Design engaging visual content (e.g., social media graphics, presentations, brochures) using graphic design software.
-Manage social media platforms, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
-Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including SEO/SEM, paid advertising, and content marketing.
-Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities and trends.
-Write compelling copy for marketing materials, website content, and advertising campaigns.
-Manage public relations activities, including press releases and media outreach.
-Track and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide regular reports.
Sales:
-Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
-Develop and deliver effective sales presentations and product demonstrations.
-Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients.
-Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
-Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Required Skills & Experience:
-Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
-Experience in a Sales & Marketing or similar role.
-Graphic design skills with proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
-Good communication skills in Khmer & English
-Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Schedule:
Monday - Friday
8:30am - 5:30pm
Salary:
$300 - $500
