Job Responsibilities 1. Store Expansion: Devise and implement strategic plans for opening new stores in Vietnam and Cambodia, from site selection to store opening, ensuring all stores meet brand standards. 2. Managerial Oversight: Provide leadership to store managers across Vietnam and Cambodia. This includes performance management, professional development, and goal - setting. 3. Marketing and Sales: Develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer traffic, and boost sales. Analyze market trends and customer insights to optimize product offerings. Requirements 1. Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in the retail industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position. Proven track record in successfully opening new stores and driving business growth. 2. Multilingual Skills: Fluency in Vietnamese, Khmer, English, and Chinese. This enables seamless communication with local teams, partners, and customers. 3. Leadership and Management: Strong leadership and management skills. Ability to inspire and motivate teams, make data - driven decisions, and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 4. Market Understanding: In - depth understanding of the retail market in Vietnam and Cambodia. Knowledge of local consumer preferences, cultural nuances, and market trends.
