JOB TITLE: Sales & Marketing staff LEVEL: K2
NUMBER OF HIRING: 1 JOB CATEGORY: Full-Time

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Resolves customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sale support
- Coordinate with the warehouse/sales admin team for parts availability, purchase order, B/O, and Parts claim
- Identify and approach potential dealers to achieve monthly/quarterly/Yearly sales targets
- Assist in setting up point-of-sale displays at the dealer location
- Suggest marketing strategies to boost spare parts sales
- Support OJT training for the dealer’s staff from time to time about spare parts operations
- Prepare Sales reports, track performance, and suggest improvements
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs
- Work with the marketing team on branding, advertising, and promotional efforts
- Perform other tasks assigned by the superior.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree of Sales & Marketing or other related field
- Vocational Training or a Degree in Motorcycle or Automobile is an advantage
- At least 1 year’s experience in the related field
- Knowledge of Ms. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Good command of English (Reading, Writing, listening, and Speaking)
- Good communication skills, Interpersonal, and full of responsibility
- Open-minded to learning new things and able to work under pressure
- Must be able to travel to the province
- A female candidate is required
