Job Summary: Primary responsibilities are to organize, execute and support the clerical and administrative jobs. He/ She is responsible for the timely and proper completion of the assigned tasks. Job Responsibilities: 1. Ensure the assigned tasks are completed as expected. 2. Support sale team in preparing quotation to customers. 3. Prepare required document to create new customer account/ supplier/products in system. 4. Communicate/collaborate with sales team on customer request, complaint, requirement etc. 5. Collect purchase order from sale team and ensure it is consistent to quotation and costing. 6. Support sale team to prepare sale contract as needed. 7. Update sale report and other related report on a timely basis. 8. Check and update the inventory to sale team as needed. 9. Prepare purchase requisition and follow up purchase order and payment to vendors. 10. Follow up supply chain team for shipment arrangement, good receiving and update to sale team. 11. Coordinate with registration team for import license and other legal affairs. 12. Prepare Invoice, delivery note, sample, consignment and other documents as needed. 13. Communicate with warehouse team to arrange delivery schedule with sale team. 14. Process cash advance and clear expense with relevant team for checking and approval. 15. Support in ISO documents and implementing process. 16. Comply the company policy, rule & regulation, awareness of corporate direction, mission, objectives, and activities. 17. Perform other related tasks as assigned by management.
