MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project sales targets, focusing on the Chinese market.
- Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other sales techniques, with a focus on Chinese-speaking clients.
- Prepare and present project proposals and bids to clients in Chinese project building.
- Manage project sales pipelines and track progress towards sales goals.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, technical, and project management) to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide excellent customer service and build client relationships, particularly with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities and trends in the Chinese market.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetings to promote the company and its projects, with a focus on the Chinese-speaking audience.
REQUIREMENT
- Proven experience as a Project Sales Executive or in a similar role, with a focus on the Chinese market.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills, particularly with Chinese-speaking clients.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Chinese.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of project management principles and practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Willingness to travel as required.
