*Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to drive sales for our express food distribution. The ideal candidate will focus on acquiring new business accounts, building strong relationships with retailers, convenience stores, supermarkets, cafés, and other food distributors.
*Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers, including restaurants, marts, coffee shops,
corporations, and government offices.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase product distribution and revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
- Conduct product presentations, tastings, and promotional activities.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and delivery schedules with clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and customer preferences.
- Coordinate with the production and logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve any sales-related concerns.
- Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management.
*Requirements:
- Entry-level candidates are welcome; previous sales experience is an advantage.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in Khmer and English (spoken and written).
- Good knowledge of the Phnom Penh market and food industry is a plus.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or sales management software.
- Own transportation is required.
*Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $400 (including commission).
- Additional Allowances: Gasoline + Phone Card.
