Sales Executive (Tire and Lubricant)

I. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and develop new sales opportunities for tires and lubricants. - Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers (retailers, wholesalers, fleet owners, and service centers). - Promote and demonstrate product benefits to customers. - Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs. - Negotiate pricing and contracts to close deals. - Monitor competitor activity and market trends. - Provide technical guidance and after-sales support to clients. - Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis. - Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team to ensure timely delivery. - Attend industry events, trade shows, and training programs as required. II. Qualifications & Skills: - High school diploma or higher (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred). - Experience: 1-3 years in sales, preferably in the automotive, tire, or lubricant industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills. - Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. - Knowledge of automotive products, especially tires and lubricants. - Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset. - Basic understanding of CRM software and Microsoft Office. - Ability to work independently and travel as required.
