Recruitment: Sales Executive (Full Time) Company Name: GFS Certification (Cambodia) Co.，Ltd. Job Description: • To responsible for certification standards training, certification business in the country-wide market development, • To meet and archive monthly sales target set by the company's • Receive, making call and follow-up on all in-bound and outbound calls enquiries. • To ensure that all customer enquiries are followed up and closed successfully with the ultimate goal of achieving monthly sales target. • To prepare, arrange and co-ordinate related customer visits, meetings, trainings, seminars and etc. as necessary. • Other related customer care activities to ensure customer satisfaction services provided and report back to superior any improvement for further excellence of the services offered. • Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by your reporting manager and/or Senior Management Qualification: • More than one year sales experience, sales experience in certification body is preferred; • Fresh graduates from Food Science or Business studies background are encouraged to apply as training and guidance will be provided. • Professional telephone etiquette is required which includes proven communication and interpersonal skills • Proven team player and ability to work with little supervision. • Logical approach to problem solving. • Experience using computers for a variety of tasks. • Able to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment. • Integrity, responsibility, and willingness to accept challenges; • Familiar with ISO 22000/FSSC22000/HACCP/BRC/IFS/ISO 9000/ISO14001/ISO45001/Organic/GAP and other systems product certification.
