Retail Staff (1pm-7:00pm)
Job Descriptions: • Receive and welcome customers into the bookstore courteously • Arrange and display books on shelves and counters in an attractive manner • Maintain an inventory of books available in the bookstore. • Organize books according to its classification like children’s books, business, fiction and non-fiction. • Be active on social media (Facebook, Instagram and tik tok) e.g take photo and posting new books on above social media several times a day… • Find and locate books that customers wish to buy • Processing customer online orders • Assist and support team work in their day-to-day tasks • Helping with book events if any • Reviewing sales performance and meeting sales targets • Undertaking general housekeeping duties, such as book/shelf cleaning, stock replenishment and tidiness of the shop.
Qualifications: • A passion for books, with an awareness of current literary topics • High school diploma or university student • Can speak and write English well • Excellent attitude and customer service skills • Excellent communication skills • Knowledge of Social media • Have some knowledge of graphic design is a plus • Be able to work independently as well as part of the team • The ability to work under pressure • Good general knowledge • An interest in, and knowledge of, the bookselling sector • The ability to work multitask Location: National Road No. 1, Borey Peng huoth Beoung Snor, Sangkat Niroth, Phnom Penh.
