Responsibilities:
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Identify and research potential clients and generate leads through networking, cold calling,
and referrals.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales
targets.
• Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and payment plans to close deals and maximize
profitability.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status
• Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product development teams to ensure a
seamless customer experience.
• Be able to develop team member
Requirement
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Sale or Marketing
• At least 3 years of experience in sales or business development, preferably similar industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication both in English and Khmer
• Good in leadership
Working condition
• 6 working days (01 day off, Sun/Sat)
• 8h-12h & 1h30-5h30
• Public Holidays (08 days)
• Insurance/NSSF (N/A)
• Seniority Payment (N/A)
