Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive significant growth in the Cambodian security camera market. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, expanding our customer base, and ensuring the achievement of ambitious sales targets. Key Responsibilities: • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve and exceed individual and team goals. • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market share and penetrate new segments within the security camera industry (CCTV, IP surveillance, access control, etc.). • Identify and cultivate strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders (B2B clients, distributors, government agencies, large enterprises, etc.). • Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and stay abreast of industry trends and technological advancements. • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management. • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals. • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through excellent service and support. • Collaborate closely with technical and marketing teams to ensure alignment of sales efforts with product offerings and market demands. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive sales experience, with at least 2-3 years in a sales management or leadership role within the security camera, IT, or electronics industry. • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. • In-depth knowledge of security camera systems, including CCTV, IP cameras, NVR/DVR, VMS, and access control technologies. • Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills. • Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. • Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies. • Proficiency in CRM software and Office Suite. • Fluent in Khmer and English (written and spoken).
