We are a leading distributor of wine, spirits, and mixer brands in Cambodia. Our mission is to deliver quality products and exceptional service to both on-trade (hotels, bars, restaurants) and off-trade (retailers, supermarkets, convenience stores) clients across the country.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and manage relationships with on-trade and off-trade customers
- Actively grow sales by identifying new business opportunities
- Visit clients regularly to take orders, introduce new products, and ensure stock visibility
- Coordinate promotions, tastings, and marketing activities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts
- Work closely with logistics and marketing teams to ensure smooth operations
- Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (FMCG, wine & spirits industry preferred)
- Strong knowledge of on-trade and/or off-trade channels in Cambodia
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Good command of English and Khmer (spoken and written)
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally
- Ability to work independently and in a team
