Responsibilities:
• Greeting and accompany customer into the showroom
• Introduce product to customer
• Reply chat, comment, receive phone call to solve customer queries
• Issue invoice/receipt for walk in customer
• Create customer user into the system
• Arrange display product on the display
• Pack the product and send via delivery to customer
• Oversee tidiness in the showroom
• Collect customer feedback
Requirement:
• Bachelor in any field
• At least 1 year experience in sale/customer service
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• A positive, self-motivated attitude with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
• Good discipline
Working condition
• 6 working days (01 day off, Sun/Sat)
• 8h-12h & 1h30-5h30
• Public Holidays (08 days)
• Insurance/NSSF (N/A)
• Seniority Payment (N/A)
