You will be responsible for the effective performance on Sales Supervisor under job descriptions and job requirements as below:" I. Job descriptions - In charge of sales team. - Organize and coordinate sales representatives schedules - Supervise sales staffs - Analyze sales data - Report to sales manager in daily - Achieve Sales target according to the campaign target - Sales proposal arrangement - Deal with external sales with agency or corporate - Update and corporate with Sale Admin Team - Check and prepare sales kits - Create sales strategies - Develop and refine strategies to increase sales numbers. - Work closely with the sales manager to develop sales strategies, monitor market trends, and build strong relationships with key customers. - Encounter various challenges, from addressing team issues to - Devise strategies to overcome sales obstacles. - support team to communicate sales strategies and assist to implement toward achievement of corporate sales objectives. II. Job Responsibilities - Bachelor’s degree preferred with related real estate at least 3 years experience - Anticipate needs of the customer and takes a proactive approach to ensure they are met - Must be able to communicate in English or Chinese - Must be able to use Microsoft office Working hours: 8:00 - 17:00 Holiday: base on Cambodian Holiday Calendar NATURE OF BUSINESS OF JS LAND PLC JS LAND PLC was incorporated on 12 December 2014 as a private limited company under the Law on Commercial Enterprises of Cambodia. The company was subsequently converted into a public limited company and adopted its present name on 13 May 2021 to facilitate the IPO. JS LAND PLC was among the pioneers to introduce affordable condominium project in Phnom Penh. JS LAND PLC launched its first condominium in Sen Sok in 2015. It was completed and handed over to its buyers in 2019. Building on the success of The Garden Residency 1, JS LAND PLC launched The Garden Residency 2 in 2020 and a topping-off ceremony was successfully held in 2022. The project is finally completed ahead of the schedule and issue to handover over to its buyers from October 2023 onwards.
