• Prepare budget proposals and implement sales strategies, activities, and procedures to facilitate the sales process of the company • Lead and motivate the team to achieve sales targets of the company • Work with the marketing department to design and conduct effective marketing plans to boost sales • Offer advice and support to the team to close deals • Provide mentorship and coaching to Property Consultants to improve their performance • Schedule and conduct both regular and irregular sales meetings • Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts • Resolve disputes among team • Resolve customer complaints regarding sales • Update and compile sales report regularly for the management and ensure the accuracy of sales performance • Follow policies and procedures of the company • Execute other sales-related duties as deemed necessary by the sales manager
