Job Responsibilities:
- Good connection calls to prospective leads schedule and follows up calls with leads and
current customers
- Answer all lead and customer questions accurately as needed
- Perform cost-benefit analysis for customers and advise on appropriate purchase options
- Promote specific products as directed by upper management
- Inform to customers of current promotions and discounts
- Maintain positive business and customer relationships in the effort to extend the customer
lifetime value
- Develop strategies for more effective sales, both individually and as part of a team
- Track all appointments, sales, complaints, etc. thoroughly for manager review
- Prepare Daily report and monthly report
- Self-improve continuously by way of experience and manager feedback
Job Requirements:
- Two (2) years' previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related
field
- Demonstrated and proven sales results
- Basic computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing ---
documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking
merchandise, scheduling with Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- Focused on customer service
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Persuasive and goal-oriented
- In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the market
- Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers' needs and provide correct
answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
