Responsibilities:
1. General spot check and discipline of guard all sites at Seim Reap province.
2. Introduce internal regulation and standard operating procedure at sites.
3. Daily report about manpower and equipment to Operation Department.
4. Building good relationship and communication to client and or representative of client.
5. Do site survey before deploying manpower to site.
6. Assist recruiting more manpower to fill shortage at site or reserving for the new site.
7. Be a responsible and solving any problem each complain from site/client.
8. Regularly prepare the proper document for each internal or external meeting.
9. Implement work plan, SOP preparing to monitor service performance.
10. Work closely with operation implement service security performance.
11. Daily monitoring attendance to ensure that the guards are all at posts under its command and wearing with proper security guard uniform and accurate duties and responsibilities.
12. Assist HR coordinate all security guards have check in me system in smart phone.
13. To do the extra task as OPM/Management instructed.
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
2 years’ experience in sale or related field
Requirement
- At least finished grade 12.
- 2 years’ experience in security supervisor or related field
- Strong communication, interpersonal, customer relation.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to articulate complex issues.
- Be a team player and like to deal with challenges.
- Confidence, proactive and ability to work under pressure.
- Good planning, negotiation, problem solving & organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of English both speaking and writing.
