Security Supervisor

Job Title: Security Supervisor Department: HR and Admin Reports to: HR and Admin Manager
Job Summary: The Security Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and coordinating security operations within Skydo Building to ensure the safety of tenants, employees, and visitors. This role involves managing security personnel, enforcing security policies, and responding to incidents effectively.
Key Responsibilities: - Supervise security guards and ensure proper shift scheduling and coverage. - Conduct regular patrols of the building to ensure security standards are met. - Monitor CCTV cameras, access control systems, and alarm systems. - Ensure that all security equipment is functional and report any issues. - Respond promptly to security incidents, emergencies, and alarms. - Investigate security breaches, thefts, or disturbances and report findings. - Implement risk mitigation strategies and emergency response plans. - Coordinate with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency services when necessary. - Enforce access control policies for tenants, employees, and visitors. - Monitor and regulate entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access. - Maintain visitor logs and issue security badges when required. - Ensure security personnel adhere to building safety and security policies. - Maintain detailed security reports, including daily logs and incident reports. - Provide regular updates to management regarding security operations.
Qualifications & Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; additional security training is a plus. - 3-5 years of experience in security supervision, preferably in commercial or high-rise buildings. - Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills. - Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions. - Good communication skills and ability to work with a team. - Must be physically fit and able to conduct patrols.
